Overall, the fall season of 2015 had been great for us. From late October to November 30th, We participated in numerous events on the world’s roads, tracks, and golf courses:

-October 22nd: Lacey Henderson competed at the World Paralympic Championships in Doha Qatar. Henderson placed 5th overall in the long jump! Great work Lacey! You’ve made your country proud.

-November 14th: LePage and Coach Simmons dominated the 2015 Mustache Dache by scoring a 1-2 finish at the event! Great job Gents.

-November 21st: The 21st was a busy day for the DTC, we raced at the Colorado Club XC Championships and the Pumpkin Pie 5k. At the XC Champs Yianna ran a strong race and placed 4th overall! Continuing the success, Dettmer led the charge with a third place finish as Christoff and Bedure kept close, which allowed for us to secure enough points win the Club XC Championships!
Danielle Magargee and Jenny Burke both ran well at the Pumpkin Pie 5k. Magargee placed 4th overall and won her age group, and Burke had a tough race while trying to fully recover from the flu, but she gave it everything that she had. Great work Team Denver!

-November 26th: Thanksgiving is normally a day where people take time to reflect on what they are thankful for, but for Lavietes, Birdsong, and Magargee, they were busy creating more reasons to be thankful; #Winnen Rebecca Lavietes finished 1st overall at the Pequot Turkey Trot in Connecticut, Birdsong came in 3rd overall at the RBC Turkey Trot in Fort Collins, and Magargee got another 4th place finish at a Turkey Trot in Michigan. Nicely done pals! #GoDenver

We are thankful for the opportunity to share our story with everyone. 2015 was good, but 2016 looks to be even better!
